The popular dog-themed crypto project, Shiba Inu (SHIB), has one of the most active userbases in the industry. They collectively called the SHIB Army and push for further adoption of the crypto token. The group often finds creative new ways to advertise their favorite tokens, many times to score big listings. What’s worth pointing out is that the SHIB Army is successful in many aspects.
The latest initiative by the Shiba Inu (SHIB) group is the launch of a VIP social network platform. The new venture is live and, in the last 24 hours, has gathered 350 members.
Users of the SHIB social network can submit their articles and blog entries, play games, visit websites relevant to the SHIB, read the news feed, view movies, and even apply for jobs.
New Shiba Inu partnership?
Although 2022 has turned out to be one of the worst years for the crypto industry, SHIB has had some success with its partnerships. However, we may be getting some new collaborations very soon. Lead developer Shytoshi Kusama has made a few unusual additions to its Twitter account. Kusama has changed its bio to “WE are not alone” and changed the location to “with a new fren…guess who.” The words do seem to imply a new partnership, however, there is no official confirmation.
The update could also have something to do with the upcoming Shibarium launch, which is currently in its beta stage. Shibarium is a layer-2 network for Shiba Inu (SHIB) and is one of the most anticipated launches from the project. Many expect the network to debut in early 2023, although it was initially set for a Q3 2022 launch.
At press time, SHIB was trading at $0.00000832, up by 0.2% in the last 24 hours. However, the token is down 7.2% in the last 14 days.
